Clemson vs. North Carolina

Clemson has lost 3-of-4. To say Dabo Swinney is disappointed is an understatement. Swinney thought he had a team that could go undefeated during the regular season. Man, he was wrong.
But as bad as Clemson has looked, no team in the ACC has looked as awful as Bill Belichick coached North Carolina. Bill doesn’t seem to have his head in the game. That’s what happens when you hire a close to octogenarian who has won six Super Bowls. What’s the point of pushing college kids when you have four ringless fingers out of ten? Clemson covers.

LSU vs. Ole Miss

Garrett Nussmeier hasn’t turned it on the way we expected. There’s a reason. Brian Kelly’s team is winning with disciplined offense and great defense. Nussmeier will be the best quarterback on the field for sure on Saturday.
So if Kelly requires Garrett to light it up, the likely first-round NFL Draft pick in April, is sure to do so. The line suggests Ole Miss can win this, and Lane Kiffin’s squad can. But LSU is on a mission to prove it’s the best in the SEC. Kelly’s team gets it done.
2025 College Football Week 6 Pick: LSU +2.5
Oklahoma State vs. Arizona

Iowa State manhandled the Zona Wildcats in NCAAF Week 5, but the script should change big time. For starters, Arizona couldn’t get it going early, Noah Fifita threw a pick, the Cats punted three times, and they also missed a field goal.
Oklahoma State isn’t just bad. They are god awful. No way the Pokes stop Fifita and Arizona’s offense from doing what they want, and the Cats’ D will bounce back after the horrible performance on the road versus the Cyclones.

Texas vs. Florida

I’m not a believer in Texas. Sure, they’ve looked good against subpar competition, and the defense played well against Ohio State in Week 1, but Arch Manning isn’t good enough to counteract the suspect offensive line. Wait, did I just write suspect? Texas’s O-line is flat-out bad.
Florida’s D held Miami to 13 points until the fourth quarter, when the Canes scored 13 to beat the Gators 26-7. LSU defeated Florida 20-10. The Gators aren’t as bad as the record implies. Florida covers the spread and could upset Texas straight up.

Vanderbilt vs. Alabama

After upsetting Georgia this season, Vanderbilt won’t sneak up on the Tide. Last season, nobody believed in Diego Pava and Ken DeBoer’s squad patted themselves on the back all week after beating the Dawgs.
This season, DeBoer will ensure his players stay focused on the task at hand. This happens in Tuscaloosa. So, a big-time win, with Ty Simpson potentially throwing 4 TDs in this, is in the cards.

Texas Tech vs. Houston

Texas Tech is a good football team. The Red Raiders aren’t just good enough to win the Big 12; they could upset some teams in the College Football Playoff if they make it.
However, Houston is also a strong team and underrated based on the spread. The Cougars may not win SU, but they should do enough to lose by 10 points or less for a cover victory.

Miami vs. Florida State

Florida State committed the ultimate sin in football. The Seminoles looked ahead to this week’s battle versus Miami, which is why they lost to a tough Virginia squad on the road on Friday.
FSU is much better than what they showed versus UVA. Additionally, this occurs on Florida State’s field, and the Seminoles versus Canes rivalry is one of the greatest in college football. Florida State should cover and have a shot to pull off the upset win, similar to their performance against Bama in Week 1.
