2025 NFL Week 11 Betting Preview
NFL Week 11 odds are out. No real surprises, but some betting lines bode well for overlay players. For example, the Bills are -5.5 home favorites versus the Buccaneers. The line wouldn’t be so low if Buffalo hadn’t fallen apart in a loss to rival Miami in Week 10. Tampa Bay Buccaneers vs. Buffalo Bills
- When: Sunday, November 16th. 1:00 p.m. ET
- NFL Week 11 Odds: Buccaneers +200 / Bills -250
Tampa played hard, but they couldn’t beat the hottest team in the NFL, the New England Patriots. The Pats are so hot that second-year starting QB Drake Maye is the favorite to win the NFL MVP.
Tampa has its own MVP-quality QB in Baker Mayfield. But this is a road game where it should be somewhat cold, the Bucs don’t have much of a run game with Bucky Irving nursing an injury, and TB allowed Treyveon Henderson to rush for 147 yards. James Cook and Josh Allen should have massive games on the ground if you’re looking to play fantasy.

Carolina Panthers vs. Atlanta Falcons

It’s impossible to back the Panthers after watching the New Orleans Saints march into Carolina and dust the Panthers 13-9. The Saints’ D stepped it up.
So did New Orleans rookie QB Tyler Shough. So if Carolina couldn’t contain Shough and Chris Olave, what’s going to happen versus Michael Penix Jr. and Drake London? Oh, yeah, the ATL also has some dude named Bijan Robinson toting the pigskin.
2025 NFL 11 Pick: Falcons
Los Angeles Chargers vs. Jacksonville Jaguars
- When: Sunday, November 16th. 1:00 p.m. ET
- NFL Week 11 Odds: Chargers -2.5 / Jaguars +2.5
The Jaguars gave up 26 points to Davis Mills and the Houston Texans in the fourth quarter, ultimately losing the game outright after looking like easy winners for most of the game. This means the Jags’ confidence is shot.
But maybe not. Jacksonville, like every team in the league, plays better at home, and the Chargers come off a nice win over Aaron Rodgers and the Steelers. The LAC offensive line still has issues, while the Jags’ defense is significantly better than it showed against Houston. Jaguars bounce back with the straight-up win.

Seattle Seahawks vs. Los Angeles Rams
- When: Sunday, November 16th. 4:05 p.m. ET
- NFL Week 11 Odds: Seahawks +129 / Rams -156
Two of the best teams in the NFL, not just the NFC but the NFL, clash on Sunday when Sam Darnold faces off against Matthew Stafford at SoFi. Both Staff and Sam are MVP candidates.
Both also have top wide receivers. Jaxon Smith-Njigba catches passes from Darnold. Puka Nucua and Davante Adams catch passes from Stafford. Both also have top defenses. This could end up as a low-scoring game that relies on the rushing attack, which means Sean McVay has the edge with Kyren Williams and Blake Corum. Give the Rams the cover.
2025 NFL 11 Pick: Rams
Kansas City Chiefs vs. Denver Broncos
- When: Sunday, November 16th. 4:25 p.m. ET
- NFL Week 11 Odds: Chiefs -189 / Broncos +150
The hook is the story in this game. The .5 makes the Broncos a slight overlay. Beating Denver won’t be easy, even with Patrick Surtain II inactive.
Bo Nix and the Denver offense struggled in their last two games, but the Ponies got the wins. Sean Payton has some extra time to put together a game plan to beat Steve Spagnuolo’s D. The Broncos look like a solid play on the moneyline and should at least cover on their field as long as the hook remains in place.

Detroit Lions vs. Philadelphia Eagles
- When: Sunday, November 16th. 8:20 p.m. ET
- NFL Week 11 Odds: Lions +102 / Eagles -123
This could be the case of which team’s offense can break through. Detroit’s D has begun to get healthy, and nobody can stop Aidan Hutchinson this season. So the Lions have a slight edge on defense.
If we consider both offenses to be a wash, Jahmyr Gibbs and Saquon Barkley have similar styles and talent levels. Then, we have to either take the points on the Lions or back Detroit on the moneyline. Going ML on Motor City is the best play.
